About

Propellor and Ratchet Games is a very small "studio" that makes video games. Studio is in quotes because there are, in fact, three of us.
We are based in Coventry in the UK. Coventry is the country's most inland city, and the home of the factory that makes London’s black taxi cabs. Frank Whittle invented the jet engine here, and it is also apparently called The City of Peace and Reconciliation, although we've never actually heard this spoken. Weatherwise, it seems to be permanently enclosed in Tupperware.
From this impressive and inspiring background, we create worlds.

Propellor

Name: Pete Lord
Position: Founding member
Jobs: 40% game development, 40% code, 20% concept art
External: Photography on Facebook, Twitter
About:
As well as making games, Propellor sings for a metal band and does professional photography. He has an obession with buying and selling gadgetry and a somewhat unhealthy affection for Deadpool. Don’t ever high-five him.

Ratchet

Email: ratchet@pandrgames.co.uk
Name: Robin Hayes
Position: Founding member
Jobs: 40% game development, 55% art and music, 5% code
External: http://bitcrush.org/, Twitter
About:
Ratchet is an introverted nerd who spends more time in fantasy worlds than in the real one. He spends a lot of time watering plants, doing web design, making games, making music and art, and keeping Propellor on track (like herding a cat, if the cat had ADD and could teleport). It's no wonder he’s late for everything.

Battery

Email: battery@pandrgames.co.uk
Name: Ben Davis
Position: The Best Coder
Jobs: 80% code, 20% game development
External: http://bnhw.co.uk/, Twitter
About:
Battery is our Member on Sabbatical, our Man on the Inside. A skilled coder and self-taught artist, he also does ethical hacking, microcontroller projects, and makes Propellor's and Ratchet's coding look amateurish. He is currently seeking gainful employ, instead of being content not making any money and living in squalor. Sell-out.
